Welcome to the Desaru Coast, a short ferry ride from Singapore!

WHAT TO BRING

​

A Overnight bag with everything you need to sleep, attend 2 half days of

conferencing + a Fun Dinner

You will have some free time if you wish to swim (bring swimmers)

​

DRESS

​

Island casual and be comfortable.

Dinner will be a relaxed theme so be bright and colourful and fun!

Please note there is a water based activity at the Waterpark

next to the Westin so please bring swimmers/rash vest etc for the activity.

When travelling to and from Desaru Coast please don't wear thongs or open shoes on the Ferry.

WHERE U WILL STAY

Your own room at Westin Desaru Coast. If you wish to share please advise.

As you have a single room if you need to bring your child or partner please advise,

GPJ will provide onsite assistance for childcare and also cover ferry charges  - F&B etc

All rooms feature a King sized bed, sofa, and 5 star hotel room amenities.

WHAT IS GPJ PROVIDING?

​

Your Desaru Experience inc travel - accommodation and food and beverage

at set times as per agenda.

If you wish to drink from the mini bar OR at the bar yourself - thats on you and you will need to settle this bill upon checkout. GPJ won't be paying for that..

PHONE AND LAPTOP RULES

​

We are going away to learn and engage with each other.

You will have time to call your loved ones + also catchup on emails at the end and beginning of the days but as professionals we ask you do not use your phone or laptop during presentations, workshops or when Keynote Speakers are presenting. We will enforce a hand in phone rule if this is not followed and cheating won't be tolerated.

You can survive without email for 4/5 hours a day!
